If you want to invite additional team members to AerWave to help manage your digital signage network, you'll need to add new user accounts for them. To add a user account, please email support@aerva.com with the request, and include the email address of the user that you want to add, as well as the name of the domain that they need to be added to (necessary only if your signage network has multiple domains).
Note: If you're an Administrator-level user in AerWave, you'll notice that the Domain panel has a button for adding new users. Please note that this feature is used only for giving or restricting access to certain domains, for users that already exist. Adding a user here does not create a new user account, you will still need to email support@aerva.com with the request.
