The "Reports" section of AerWave collects data from your media players about the content they play and how they are functioning. A full explanation of the Reporting feature and the data it collects can be viewed in the AerWave online help manual.
Reporting is turned off by default, so in order to have your media players generate this data, the feature must be turned on. To turn it on, follow these steps:
- In AerWave, click the "Network" tab to view the list of all your media players.
- Choose a media player by clicking its name to open the single view.
- Finally, locate the "Reporting" option below the player name and check the box:
You'll see a message in the upper right confirming that reporting has been turned on. Also, keep in mind that the media player must be online when you make this change in order to start generating report data immediately. If the player is not online when you turn on reporting, it won't start generating report data until it comes online again and connects with the server.
