In 2016, we removed support in AerWave for several older media types such as AVI and WMV. We also removed support for Flash which is considered end-of-life.
If you have a video file that works normally on your desktop computer or other device, but doesn't play on your Aerva media player (i.e. shows a black region), please double-check that you are using one of the supported content types. Supported content types are listed here.
